Founders of Out of the Dark, Lana and Loraine have overcome and they are passionate to help women who are suffering or have suffered through Domestic Violence.

“Out of the Dark is a nonprofit whose mission is ‘Helping women heal from abuse and become who they were created to be.’ They are dedicated to ending abuse by helping women heal, break the cycle of abuse, and build a new life. There are many things that women need when they have just come out of domestic violence situations. They need to heal with trauma-informed care. They need guidance and education on finances, self-esteem, and resume-writing, among many other things. Out of the Dark is here to help them.”
